1. Who can use UhmeCam

To use UhmeCam you need to be 18 or older, or older still if the age of majority where you live is higher. By using the site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that nothing in the law that applies to you forbids you from using a service like this one.

You may use UhmeCam as a guest. Some features, such as buying coins, may ask you to complete your details first. You are responsible for whatever happens under your session, so keep your device to yourself.

2. What the service is

UhmeCam is a one-on-one chat site. You can be matched at random by video, voice or text, look through people who are online, open their profiles, follow them, send messages and start a video chat from a profile. You can also scroll short videos and watch live streams in the Live tab. Users cannot start their own broadcasts.

Features change from time to time. We may add, adjust or remove parts of the service, and we do not promise that any particular feature will always be there or that the site will never be down.

3. The way you treat other people

Every chat on UhmeCam involves a real person. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, insult or pressure anyone, or keep contacting someone who has made clear they are not interested;
• show or share nudity, sexual acts, violence or anything illegal, including during a video chat;
• involve or depict anyone below the minimum age in any way;
• record, screenshot or share another person’s image, voice or messages without their consent;
• ask people for money, payment details, passwords or personal documents, or promote scams, other services or spam;
• pretend to be someone else, or use bots, scripts or tools that automate use of the site;
• attack the site, flood it with traffic, or try to slip past its security.

4. Content you share

You keep ownership of what you post, such as a profile photo or a message. By posting it you give UhmeCam a limited licence to store, display and deliver it so that the service works. You confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not break these terms or anyone else’s rights.

5. Free matches, then coins and VIP

UhmeCam is free to start. New users receive some free matches, and more can be claimed from the Reward Center on the match screen while you are online. After that, some features use coins, which you buy in the app, and VIP membership adds extras for a set period. Every price appears on screen before payment.

Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to anyone else. Purchases are handled by payment providers, whose terms also apply. If you think a charge is wrong, email [email protected] with the date and the amount and we will look into it.

6. Reports, limits and suspension

Any profile has Report and Block options you can use. We review reports and may warn, limit, suspend or remove an account that we believe breaks these terms, puts others at risk or exposes UhmeCam to legal trouble. Where it is safe and practical we will tell you why. Unused coins on an account removed for serious rule-breaking may be lost.

7. Other people and other sites

People you meet on UhmeCam are responsible for what they say and do. We do not check every user’s identity or claims, so use your judgement and never send money to someone you met here. If someone points you to another website or app, you go there at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

We offer UhmeCam on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using UhmeCam whenever you want and ask us to delete your data. We may end or suspend your access as described above, or close the service entirely with reasonable notice where we can give it.

10. Changes, disputes and contact

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first; most problems are solved by email. Where that fails, disputes are handled under the law that applies to you as a consumer.
